Do I need a developer to start accepting payments?

For basic payments via the checkout page — No. You can share your checkout link and customers pay directly. For API integration into your own app/website, you'll need a developer or can use our $100 Integration Service from the Integration section.

What's the difference between Free and Premium?

Free lets you accept ReyPub debit card and wallet payments at 1% fee. Premium ($250 refundable deposit) unlocks Visa, Mastercard, Amex acceptance, plus lowers your settlement fee to 0.5% with faster payouts.

How fast do I get my money?

Card and wallet payments are instant — funds appear in your Merchant Balance immediately. Settlements to your bank/crypto/PayPal depend on your tier: Starter (24h), Growth (8h), Premium (4h), Enterprise (instant). You can also set auto-settlement.

How do Local Payments work?

Subscribe to a Local Payments package ($10 single country, $25 all countries), enable the methods you want, and share your checkout link. Customers pay via JazzCash, bKash, UPI etc. Our admin verifies each payment and credits your balance automatically.

Is there a refund process?

Yes. You can issue full or partial refunds via API. The refund amount is deducted from your merchant balance and returned to the customer's wallet.

Can I accept payments from multiple countries?

Absolutely! Card and wallet payments work globally. For local payment methods, subscribe to the All Countries package ($25) to accept PKR, INR, AED, and BDT payments — all from one dashboard.
